Rachel (Polly) is an 8th grader at Faubion who is in Advanced Theatre, Drill Team and Choir! She has been enjoying the magic of theatre for a long time and some of her favorite experiences have been in Shrek (Gingy), Descendents (Mal), Les Miserables (Cosette), and Frozen (Elsa). In her spare time she also likes napping and painting. She'd like to thank her family for always supporting her, her friends for making her laugh and her director for believing in her. Enjoy the show!

About the Director
Meet Ms. Riley! She has been a DFW resident since 1988 and grew up in Flower Mound, going to high school at Marcus High School. She then went to college at Sam Houston State University and received her BFA in Musical Theatre in 2008. While in college she had the honor of performing with Stages Repertory Theatre in Houston, TX. With them she performed in The Giver (Mother) and The Toys Take Over Christmas (Old Woman/Christmas Fairy). Coming back to the DFW theatre scene she hoped to make performing a living and was in Carousel, Chicago, Guys and Dolls, Trogg the musical, Evil Dead the musical, and Plan Nine From Outer Space all around the metroplex. Realizing that teaching was her true calling she ended up back in the Houston area to open Irons Junior High in Conroe ISD and worked there from 2012-2015. Missing her family in this area (mother, father, sisters and NINE nieces and nephews!) she accepted the job at Faubion for the 2015-2016 school year and is so thankful to have done so! This coming year will be her 7th at Faubion and her 10th teaching in total. Since living in Mckinney she has performed with NTPA Rep in 'The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee' (Logainne), 'Songs for a New World' (Woman 2), and West Side Story (Anybodys). She has also been in The Music Man (Mrs. Britt) with Firehouse Theatre, Little Women the Musical (Jo March) and Bare: A Pop Opera (Claire) with the Ovation Community Outreach program. So excited to meet all the new students to share the love and passion for theatre and performing! |

Theatre One students must attend ONE performance during the 2021-2022 school year for a Summative grade.
All Faubion performances are free to them.
